Insurance Accepted
I accept all Aetna and Highmark insurance plans for Pennsylvania residents. I’m also an in-network provider for Meritain Health plans and BlueCross BlueShield Federal Employment Plans (fepblue).
Out-of-Network and superbills
For all other insurances I am considered an out-of-network provider and clients will be responsible for payment at time of service for the rates listed above. Some insurance plans offer coverage for out-of-network providers, and I can provide a superbill* for clients to submit for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed so I strongly encourage clients to contact their insurance providers directly to see if they offer coverage for Out-of-Network providers.
*A superbill is a statement of accounts that includes all the information such as diagnoses and procedure codes that insurance companies need in order to process a claim.
HRA & HSA
Clients with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement or a Health Savings Account are able to utilize them for my services. I’m able to directly charge credit cards associated with these accounts.
