This one-day comprehensive innkeeping workshop is a fast-paced, intensely informative workshop that is presented in a logical step-by-step process. All the essential topics of “starting a bed and breakfast” will be covered. Eliot Dalton and Marilyn Bushnell have each owned and run their own inns and have decades of experience helping buyers navigate the process of buying a bed and breakfast. You will benefit from their combined knowledge and experience in acquisition, valuation, financing, staffing, innkeeping and hospitality. Instruction, workbooks, lunch and a follow-up consultation are included. Consultations are scheduled individually at your option.
Attendees for the one-day comprehensive workshops should plan on being at the workshop venue by 8:00 AM on Saturday. We will start at 8:30 AM and run until 5:00 PM.
Workshop Location: St. Francis Inn, St. Augustine, Florida
Lodging: Please contact the host Inn directly to book your overnight accommodations.
Fees: $125 for one person or $175 for two people
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received with 21 or more days’ notice before the workshop will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation service fee. Any cancellation within 21 days prior to the workshop will receive a credit (less the cancellation fee) for a future workshop.
Workshop size is limited and registration is on a first come – first served basis. Should the workshop be full, we will advise you immediately and place you on a priority wait list.
